Finding Apply Poison - Guild Wars Forums

i was playing pvp with my ranger, and i saw this N/R using poisoning people while wreaking havoc. he told me that the skill, "apply poison", was found in kryta. well, i finally arrived in lion's arch and asked the skill person, but "apply poison" was absent.

where do i find this skill?

From Lions Arch, travel north to ascalon settlement. You will find a Captain Greywind. He will have the skill Apply poison.

is it near nebo terrace?
